About Ancient City Sliding Doors

Ancient City Sliding Doors was built on a simple observation: sliding glass doors are the hardest-working doors in any Florida home, and almost nobody specializes in fixing them. Window companies want to sell you a new door. Handymen guess at parts. We took the other path — 25 years focused entirely on sliding door repair, from the Historic District of the Ancient City to the beaches, the golf communities, and the Jacksonville metro.

Our philosophy is repair before replacement. The aluminum frames and tempered glass of most sliders are built to outlast the house; it's the rollers, tracks, locks, and handles that wear out — and all of those can be renewed with the right parts and the right hands. That approach routinely saves our customers thousands of dollars per door.
